A Line from Your Director
It's Hot!
TUBFC Heat Index Policy: During summer tournaments; when the heat index is predicted to exceed 100 degrees; I am recommending to all tournament directors to move their weigh-ins back to 12 or 1pm. This still makes for an 7-8 hour tournament but is better for both the fish and the angler, so neither circum to the heat. I appreciate everyone's understanding in this, and please don't harass your directors too much about it as it is my call to bump back the weigh-ins.

TUBFC Division Policy:
Starting July of 2009: All teams competing in any division not reaching a minimum of 10 Current Member Teams in competition for Divisional Points Champion after the 3rd tournament of the division; will have their points standings moved to the Open/Satellite Division. We have created this policy so that divisions don't have to be cancelled from lack of participation and affected teams will be able to continue to acquire their qualification tournaments toward the Classic.
Thank You everyone for your support.

TUBFC Membership Policy:
Starting October, 2011: Membership to The Ultimate Bass Fishing Challenge is no-longer optional for any team to fish our tournaments. Teams will be required to pay $20 membership dues per angler to compete. We have decided to go back to this policy to limit jackpot fisherman fishing 2 tournaments but not finishing out the division and supporting the trail. Thank You everyone for your support.

TUBFC Sponsors:
I work long and hard trying to obtain sponsors for our tournament trail to give back to my anglers with merchandise, services, etc... To continue this I need all my anglers help in recognizing, thanking & supporting our sponsors. If you need something that one of our sponsors provides, visit them and try to buy from them. If you win something at a tournament, give a call or visit and thank them for participating. If we do not support them, we can't expect them to support us.

I appreciate your time in reading all this and being part of The Ultimate Bass Fishing Challenge.
Thank you Anglers & Sponsors!
